We want Voca Talk to be a safe, respectful, and enjoyable space for everyone. Please read these guidelines before you start chatting.

Voca Talk connects strangers from around the world in real time. With that freedom comes responsibility. We expect all users to treat each other with basic dignity and respect.

By checking the agreement box and using Voca Talk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Community Guidelines. Violations may result in immediate removal from the platform.

🚫 Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disconnection and potential account suspension:

Offensive Language & Insults No hate speech, slurs, racial abuse, or targeted personal insults. Every person deserves respect regardless of their background, religion, ethnicity, or beliefs.

Nudity & Sexual Content Exposing yourself or displaying sexual content on camera or in chat is strictly prohibited. Voca Talk is not an adult platform. Offenders will be reported to authorities where applicable.

Harassment & Threats Do not harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or bully other users. This includes repeated unwanted contact after a user has skipped you, or threatening messages in the chat.

Minors (Under 18) Voca Talk is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Users who appear to be minors will be disconnected immediately. Adults attempting to contact or exploit minors will be banned permanently and reported.

Impersonation & Fraud Do not impersonate other users, celebrities, public figures, or Voca Talk staff. Do not attempt to collect personal information from other users.

Spam & Malicious Links Do not send spam messages, advertisements, phishing links, or malicious URLs in the chat. Do not promote external platforms, products, or services.

Illegal Activity Do not use Voca Talk to discuss, plan, or facilitate illegal activities of any kind, including drug sales, weapons, or any content that violates local or international laws.

🔒 Privacy & Safety

Your safety is our priority. We recommend:

• Never share your full name, home address, phone number, or financial information with strangers.
• Do not agree to meet in person with someone you met on Voca Talk without proper precautions.
• If someone makes you feel uncomfortable, skip them immediately using the "Next" button.
• You are in control — you can stop or skip at any time.

Video and audio sessions are peer-to-peer encrypted (WebRTC). We do not record your sessions. However, text messages may be logged for moderation purposes.

⚖️ Enforcement & Moderation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these guidelines. Serious violations — especially those involving minors, threats, or illegal content — will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

⚠️ If you witness a violation, please disconnect immediately using the "Stop" button. We are continuously working to improve our moderation tools to keep the platform safe for everyone.

📋 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Voca Talk. By using this service you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information about your age is a violation of these terms and may result in a permanent ban.
